At Our Budget Travel (“we,” or “us”), we value the privacy of individuals who use our website and related services (collectively, our “Services”). Events. If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect relevant information such as your name, address, title, company, phone number, or email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are registering.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.

Direct Marketing. Our Budget Travel does not disclose User’s personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Other Third-Party Providers. Many of our Services involve delivering personally identifiable information to other third-party providers. Credit card transactions are handled by established third-party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. If a User uses a credit card to pay for Services, we will be required to share the User’s personally identifiable information with such institutions in order to verify and authorize the User’s credit card or other payment information.

If you make a purchase through our Services, we (or a third-party payment processor acting on our behalf), will make every reasonable effort to safeguard your information to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, including your credit card or other payment methods. As a result, the Company will make all reasonable efforts to protect the User’s information. Our Budget Travel makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations with the respect of such transmitted information.

Use of Cookies. The Services use “cookies” to ensure that Users can use the websites effectively. A cookie is a text file that is placed on a User’s hard disk by a web page server. The Company does not use cookies to run programs on a User’s computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to Users and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. Each User can accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but with settings that can be modified to decline cookies. 

Changes to Policy. Our Budget Travel, from time to time, shall update this Privacy Notice in order to better protect User data, to comply with changes in applicable law, and to meet any contractual obligations of the Company. Users shall have the right to view any changes at their leisure on the website.
